These are the terms that govern your purchase from Dahlbergs Scandinavia. We've written them to be read — not buried. If something isn't clear, reach out to us directly.

The company is headquartered in Borås, Sweden. Our postal address is Österlånggatan 60, 504 37 Borås.

Orders

Once your order is complete, an order confirmation is sent to your email address. The confirmation includes all details — products, price, billing address, and delivery address.

If anything in the confirmation is incorrect, contact us immediately at [email protected].

Delivery

Our standard delivery times are 1-2 business days. Please note: orders placed on weekends are dispatched no earlier than the following Monday.

Pricing

All prices are listed in SEK and include 25% VAT.

We reserve the right to adjust prices due to supplier changes, printing errors, or incorrect information. Price changes are applied before order confirmation.

Right of Withdrawal

When purchasing goods on this website, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, effective from the date you received your order.

5.1 - Exercising your right

You must notify us of your decision to withdraw. Send your notice to [email protected], clearly stating your name, address, email, order number, and the items you wish to return.

Products must be returned within the statutory 14 days following your withdrawal notice. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Products should be well-packaged and in original condition.

We reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to any decrease in value if the product has been used or damaged.

5.2 - Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to: sealed products opened for hygiene or health reasons; sealed audio or video recordings where the seal has been broken; custom or personalised products; fully performed services where you explicitly waived the right of withdrawal; perishable goods; or individual newspaper or magazine issues.

Complaints & Claims

We inspect all products before dispatch. If an item arrives damaged or incorrectly sent, we will, in accordance with applicable consumer protection law, remedy the fault at no cost to you.

Always contact us for approval before returning a defective item. Complaints must be submitted as soon as the defect is discovered.

6.1 - How to file a complaint

Send all complaints to [email protected], including your name, address, email, order number, and a description of the issue.

If we cannot resolve the fault or provide a replacement, we will issue a refund in accordance with applicable law. Return shipping is covered by us for approved complaints. We reserve the right to reject a complaint if the item is found to be free from defects. In disputes, we follow the guidelines of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), see arn.se.

Limitation of Liability

We accept no liability for indirect damage arising from a product.

We accept no liability for delays or errors resulting from circumstances beyond our control (Force Majeure) - including labour disputes, fire, war, regulatory decisions, or reduced or absent supply from a supplier.

We also accept no liability for changes to product specifications made by suppliers or other factors outside our control.

Product Information

We reserve the right to correct printing errors on this website and note that products may sell out. We cannot guarantee that images accurately reflect the exact appearance of products, as colour differences may occur depending on your screen, photo quality, and resolution. We always aim to represent products as accurately as possible.

Under the Electronic Communications Act, visitors to a website must be informed that cookies are used. A cookie is a small text file that the website asks to store on your device to enable various features. Cookie data may be used to track user browsing behaviour. Personal Data

By purchasing from Dahlbergs Scandinavia, you accept our privacy policy and our processing of your personal data. We respect your privacy and collect only the data necessary to fulfil your order. We never sell or share your data with third parties without a legal basis.

Dahlbergs Scandinavia is responsible for the processing of personal data you provide as a customer - used to manage your order and, if you've opted in, to send newsletters and offers tailored to your preferences.

10.1 - What is personal data?

Personal data is any information that can be directly or indirectly linked to a living natural person.

10.2 - What data do we store?

To process your order and handle customer service queries, we store your first and last name, address, phone number, email address, IP address, and purchase history. Data is retained for as long as we have a legal basis - for example, to fulfil our agreement with you or to comply with the Swedish Bookkeeping Act.

10.3 - Legal basis

For purchases, personal data is processed to fulfil the contract with you. Marketing, campaigns, and similar communications are sent only with your consent.

10.4 - What data is shared and why?

Payment provider - When a purchase is made, your first and last name, address, email, and phone number are shared with our payment provider. If you pay by invoice, your personal ID number may also be stored by the provider to complete the transaction and prevent fraud.

Shipping partner - To deliver your order, we share your name and delivery address with our shipping partner. Your email and/or mobile number may also be shared for delivery notifications. We work with DHL.

Newsletter - If you've subscribed to our newsletter, your first and last name and email address are shared with our newsletter provider to send you updates and offers.

10.5-10.9 - Your rights

You have the right to request a copy of all data we hold about you, delivered electronically in a readable format. You can ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete information. You may also request that your data be deleted - with limited exceptions, such as data we're legally required to retain. Dahlbergs Scandinavia is responsible for ensuring these rules are followed. We use industry-standard SSL/TLS encryption and one-way hashing for all sensitive data. Our platform is Quickbutik, operated by Quickbutik AB, headquartered in Helsingborg, Sweden.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be published on this website. Continued use of the site or placing an order constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Disputes & Governing Law

If a dispute cannot be resolved through our customer service, you may refer the matter to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) at arn.se. EU residents may also submit complaints via the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

We follow decisions from ARN or equivalent dispute resolution bodies. These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with Swedish law.
